Where we ship
RCVRY ships worldwide. We currently ship to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at support@rcvry.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods outside our control.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to all destinations. No minimum order value applies.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Customs, duties, and taxes
RCVRY ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over customs delays or charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@rcvry.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund at your discretion.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. RCVRY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@rcvry.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
