How long should I use it per session?

Start with 10 minutes daily and increase to 15–20 minutes as your skin adjusts. The built-in timer handles the shutoff automatically. Consistency matters more than session length — daily use over several weeks produces the best results.

What do the four wavelengths do?

Is it safe to use with eyes open?

No. Keep eyes closed during use and wear the included protective eyewear. Do not direct the LEDs toward open eyes.
